Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide at least a 48 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. A fee will be applied to cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice. Certain treatments require a non-refundable deposit at time of scheduling. Cancellations of less than 48 hours or failure to show for your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.

Phone calls are the preferred method of cancellation. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact us by calling 516-535-6728.
